This policy explains the limited information used when you browse this website or choose to contact Ian Chen.

Information you choose to provide

If you contact Ian through WhatsApp or another contact method, you may provide your name, phone number, budget, preferred area, buyer profile, buying purpose and timeline. Do not send identification, banking or other sensitive documents through a website enquiry.

Website and advertising attribution

The website keeps first-touch and last-touch attribution in first-party browser storage for up to 90 days. This may include UTM values, landing page, referrer and advertising click identifiers such as GCLID, GBRAID, WBRAID, FBCLID, TTCLID or MSCLKID. When you choose a WhatsApp link, the website stores a short Website Reference with the project, area, page, CTA and attribution record so Ian can trace the enquiry source. It does not collect your WhatsApp number or name at this stage. Google Analytics and advertising tags load only after you allow website analytics through the consent notice. You may decline analytics without losing access to property information or WhatsApp contact; the Website Reference and source record are still used to fulfil and attribute the enquiry.

Sharing and retention

Enquiry information is used for property-related follow-up and may be shared with a relevant developer or project representative only when needed to answer your request. Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for follow-up, legal obligations and performance records.

Your choices

You may ask Ian to correct or stop using enquiry information by contacting him through the Contact page. You may also clear browser storage or leave the website without submitting an enquiry.
